The groom provides flowers for his bride as well as her engagement and wedding rings and her wedding gift from him also the costs of their marriage license and honeymoon. He shall also provide the floral accessories of all other special ladies and groomsmen of the wedding party. All special gifts, accessories and accommodations of the groomsmen in the wedding party come from the groom and his family. The officiates fee is also to be provided and also the rehearsal dinner as well. The Grooms family, like the brides family, provide for their own clothing as well as travel and lodging expenses.
Another idea for bridal gifts is to give purses or handbags. Many brides are opting to have their girls carry handbags down the aisle instead of bouquets of flowers. This gives the ceremony a more modern look and it saves money. It also avoids having bunches of flowers that do not last past the big day. Handbags can coordinate with the bridesmaids gowns and it gives the girls an easy way to carry tissues, lipstick and other items they may want to have with them during the wedding. If you are more traditional and you want to stick with flowers, consider giving handbags as the gift that the girls can use at the reception for their belongings or even use after the wedding.
The Big Gift - That would be the cookware set. Not everyone is in love with stainless steel. The best bet would be non-stick cookware. The best on the market today is hard anodized aluminum, which replaces the teflon cookware of the past. Its very durable, uses very little oil and is safe. There are different price points depending on the brand. This would be something that lets say, the bridal party would \"chip in\" for or maybe given by a family member (mother of the bride or groom) perhaps.
