Remember whole grains and high fiber food allow you to be less hungry for a longer period of time. Incorporate lean meats such as chicken, fish, shrimp and flank steak with a healthy combination of good fats like avocado and almonds. Low fat dairy such as low-fat cottage cheese, greek yogurt and parmesan cheese will combat weight loss as well. Along with healthy eating, make sure to drink plenty of water (recommended 64-72 oz a day) and beware of sugary drinks or those that contain lots of sodium.
