The Big Gift - That would be the cookware set. Not everyone is in love with stainless steel. The best bet would be non-stick cookware. The best on the market today is hard anodized aluminum, which replaces the teflon cookware of the past. Its very durable, uses very little oil and is safe. There are different price points depending on the brand. This would be something that lets say, the bridal party would \"chip in\" for or maybe given by a family member (mother of the bride or groom) perhaps.
Beauty and cosmetic items also make a great wedding favor boxes as these are very useful products too. These products can be bought in small or big, any size. There is a range of these beauty products like a lotion, lip color, perfume, night crèème, nail enamel etc. No woman dislikes a gift of any cosmetic item. They always love to receive such favors. A favor box (wedding bombonieres, bomboniere boxes, wedding favor boxes) is equally important as it creates the first impression on the recipient. The packaging should always be very attractive and also easy to carry. Hot chocolate, tea, cookies are becoming increasingly popular as a wedding bombonieres. With so many different packaging, they always give a new feeling. They can make a big as well as a small favor too. They look so pretty even wrapped in ribbon too.
Towels and Stuff - Unless you know the color scheme of the kitchen, Id stick to neutrals. Since most appliances are either black or white, these two \"colors\" look really crisp in any kitchen. You cant go wrong with beige or tan though. Along with the towels and oven mitts, a standing paper towel holder could also be included.
